​The Health, Safety and Accessibility Committee began in 1993 to assist in promoting the health, safety and welfare of all individuals at Park Lawn. The committee has been an integral force in helping maintain the high standards Park Lawn has for safety.  The quarterly survey process has focused on such issues as sanitation, universal precautions and life safety and fire protection codes.  The committee also assists the agency with risk management.  Education, training and plans of correction are tools the committee relies on for compliance.  Questions or concerns can be directed to Frank Portada, HSA Chairperson at 708-425-7377, ext. 3227.
