Chuck Dinolfo
Director
Chuck Dinolfo has served on the Park Lawn Association Board for twelve years and currently chairs the board’s Governance Committee and is the President of the Park Lawn Foundation Board. Growing up, Chuck lived near a family friend with developmental disabilities. His longtime family friend became affiliated with Park Lawn in 1977 and currently lives in a Park Lawn CILA home while working at Park Lawn’s Coleman Vocational Center! While serving as President of the Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce, Chuck became further exposed to the wonderful work that Park Lawn does through the Development Director at that time who was also serving on the Chamber of Commerce Board. Chuck agreed to accept the position of Director on the Park Lawn Association Board and still serves in that capacity today.
After completing his education at the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana, he married his wife Marian. They have been married for 41 years and have raised 3 children in the Oak Lawn Community. Chuck owned and operated a very successful family retail food business in Chicago until 1986 when he decided to venture into the field of Real Estate. He received his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1986. He has served on Boards of Directors for several Local and State Real Estate Boards and is currently the Treasurer of MRED, the Multiple Listing which serves Northern Illinois. Chuck is also a Principal in Century 21 Affiliated which in 2013 was named the Largest and Most productive Century 21 Company in the World with more than 65 Offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota. The company is home to approximately 1,200 sales associates. When asked what his most memorable story about Park Lawn is, Chuck said, “I walked into Park Lawn’s Coleman Vocational Center a while back and saw that our family friend, Wally was the Featured Artist of the month! I was moved to purchase the painting and after doing so, it hangs in a prominent place at our Company Service Center. It’s a privilege to serve and an opportunity to bring any knowledge, resources and business expertise I can to help fulfill Park Lawn’s Mission and to grow our programs and services for our clients and their families. I see how much Park Lawn has meant in the quality of life my friend Wally has been able to enjoy along with all of his friends at Park Lawn too!” |
