Nicole comes to Park Lawn with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of ID/DD.
She started her career in 2008 as a Director of Marketing and Business Development and patient liaison at Harbor House. She was responsible for marketing of the dementia care program. Nicole was president of the Illinois Eldercare Planning Council, a non-profit organization formed to educate and advise older adults and their families on issues relating to care, services and planning. Nicole went on to become a member of the Board of Directors of Helping Hand Center and worked as a contractor for Helping Hand on an EMS Collaboration Care Grant Project. She worked on community outreach, collaborated with agency partners to identify and decrease barriers in healthcare for individuals with development disabilities. Nicole was the Vice President of Business Development for Preferred Healthcare for ten years before starting her own business. She now is owner and Administrator of Optimum Home Healthcare, INC. Nicole administers specialty programs for adults with ID/DD.
Nicole is looking forward to joining the Board of Directors and contributing to Park Lawn as best she can with her vast experience in ID/DD.
