Direct care of persons with Developmental Disabilities in performance of tasks/or daily living skills. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check, be drug free, and able to be in compliance with the Health Care Worker Registry. Experience with Developmentally Disabled persons a plus. All DSPs receive a minimum of 40 hours classroom and 90 hours on-the-job training in the performance of job duties.
Developmental Trainers work with clients with intellectual disabilities in a production setting to enhance client's work skills.
Works with staff and placement sites to provide successful employment opportunities for persons with intellectual disabilites. Assess and train participants in development of activities of daily living skills and work skills to enhance success of employment placement.

Promotes awareness and increases fund raising for Park Lawn
Requires Bachelor degree in marketing or communications
At least 3 years experience in fund raising and/or marketing
Working knowledge of MS Office. Ms Publisher, Social Media
and Adobe Photoshop/In Design
Creative, innovative, organized, and adaptable
Excellent project management and communication skills
SCHEDULE: Normally 8:30 – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
including some evenings and weekends
Prepare printed materials for publication and press release
Develop and implement Park Lawn marketing plan
Implement Social Media marketing plan
Make presentations to community service organizations
